Dear Family and Friends, 

Here Forever is creating a video to help us honor the life of someone we love dearly. The project is intended to help us all share and reflect. It will be a keepsake we can revisit forever. 

We offer you to participate by contributing digital media for our video. If you have photos or recordings of any sort that may give a flavor of the life we’re honoring, please consider sharing. 

A Drop Box account is situated for our family’s collection of items. You do not need to have a DropBox account to place files there. 

Items for sharing

• Digitized photos, old or recent. Cell phone OK. JPG format required. 

• Brief movies (clip the best part if it’s long). MP4 or MOV format. We welcome that any athlete or adventurer wants to offer a tribute ride or feat.

• Documents such as diplomas and awards in PDF format. 

Ideas

Whether or not you have any photos, movies or documents, please consider offering a memory, song or poetic thought by speaking it into your phone. One minute or less is fine. Label the file with the correct spelling of your full name. It’s your choice whether to include your speaking face, offer a still photo of yourself, or let the audio go alone with other visual the production team will add. 

Labeling your contributions

Your best guess on date for archival information will help the producers understand the chronology. For instance:

This is not something to dwell on. Activate to find your best contribution ASAP. The producers aim to have our video ready in 4 days time. We will be certain to share with you the finished product and to announce any group viewing that family may choose to schedule.
